After School Program – Lottery Registration Notice

Registration for the ASP Lottery is underway - schedule below
EDISON Parents – June 23 & 25
JFK Parents – June 24
Doors will open at 6pm, numbers will be distributed from 6-7pm sharp. 
Please note, if you choose to arrive earlier, you may need to wait outside the building, until registration rooms are opened/available.  Due to high demand, wait times could be anywhere from 1 -2 hours.

***You MUST bring a COMPLETED registration packet***
***ALL forms within the packet MUST be complete.  
A CURRENT IMMUNIZATION record for EACH child must accompany each registration.  (Current means within one year of the child’s last birthday)
If you don’t have the correct paperwork/immunization forms, you will NOT be able to register.
