REGISTRATION NIGHTS: August 18 th & 19th
Doors will open at 6pm, numbers will be distributed from 6-7pm sharp.
Please note, if you choose to arrive earlier, you may need to wait outside the building, until registration rooms are opened/available. Due to high demand, wait times could be anywhere from 1 -2 hours.
***You MUST bring a COMPLETED registration packet for each child with you on registration night***
***ALL forms within the packet MUST be complete.
***You MUST bring A CURRENT IMMUNIZATION record and PHYSICAL for each child MUST accompany each registration. (Current means within one year of the child’s last birthday)
If you don’t have the correct paperwork/immunization forms, you will NOT be able to register.
You are registering for a lottery…being first in line does not guarantee your child a spot in the program. Applications will be evaluated based on qualifications and need.
