Applications will be available for pick up at the Carver Center front desk from August 3rd to the 14th.
All applications and supporting documents (ie: updated immunization record and physical that is within one year of the child’s last birthday) must be completed prior to registration. Incomplete registration packets with missing documents cannot be processed. Please be sure to complete a registration packet for each child you wish to enroll.

Please note, if you choose to arrive earlier, you may need to wait outside the building, until registration rooms are opened/available. Due to high demand, wait times could be anywhere from 1 -2 hours.
